Tweaking the site.  Spartan upgraded video quality.  Audio and video are in sync with each other.  Added Videos page.

Tuesday - December 2, 2008
Finished this site and we went live.  Sparty and I tested the video software and it works.  Sparty is trying to work on getting a better quality for the video. Picture is out of sync with audio.
